Job summary

Cove is seeking a dynamic intern to join the Community and Marketing team in Singapore. You will support tenant engagement, plan community events, and help create engaging content for social media.

This hands-on role involves gathering feedback, coordinating with vendors, and contributing ideas to strengthen our vibrant Cove community. You’ll work closely with tenants, capture insights, and develop community management processes to enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in community engagement, events, customer experience, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Cove's WhatsApp community channels with updates and announcements.
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
• Help foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for Cove's tenants.
• Support initiatives encouraging tenants to connect and interact.
