Job summary

The National University of Singapore is looking for a Temporary Executive to join the SCALE-L3P team. This 6-month contract position involves supporting youth programmes through duties such as enquiry management, content management, and registration processes. The ideal candidate should have at least a good bachelor’s degree, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Preferably, candidates should also exhibit strong project management capabilities and be a team player. The role is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least a good bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Candidates with relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and classify enquiries from youth channels.
• Assist to consolidate youth programmes for catalog update.
• Manage and update registration name list and track applications.
• Assist in bug reporting and troubleshooting for application platform.
