Job summary

National GRIP, Singapore's national deep-tech venture creation programme, seeks a Programme Manager to lead delivery for a portfolio of deep-tech teams and to run the financial backbone that powers NRF-compliant funding. You will ensure milestones are met, budgets are managed, and governance is maintained across university partners.

You will design SOPs, automate workflows, and provide management insights on fund utilisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations, grants management, or research fund administration within NRF/university/public-sector settings.
• Ability to design SOPs, workflows, and automation from scratch.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving programme environments.
• Hands-on startup, venture building, incubation, or research commercialisation experience.

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of assigned deep-tech teams—onboarding, milestones, incubation.
• Own the programme's financial backbone—NRF claims, fund management, budgeting, and compliance across partners.

We're now seeking a full-time Programme Manager to own delivery for a portfolio of assigned teams and run the financial backbone that keeps it moving.

What You'll Do

• Own the programme's financial backbone—NRF claims, fund management, budgeting, and compliance across NUS and NTU
• Design SOPs and automated workflows that keep claims, vendor payments, and reconciliation accurate and on time
• Prepare management reports on fund utilisation and budget health, turning them into insights for decision-making

• Bring experience in financial operations, grants management, or research fund administration—ideally within NRF, university, or public-sector compliance frameworks
• Can design SOPs, workflows, and automation from scratch, turning messy processes into clear, repeatable systems
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving programme environments
• Have hands-on experience inside startups, venture building, incubation, or research commercialisation
