Job summary

The National University of Singapore (SCALE) invites applications for a Temporary Executive in the SCALE-L3P team. The role supports youth programmes, handles enquiry management, content updates, and open enrolment registrations, and coordinates BD documents. The position is on a 6-month contract with potential renewal.

Ideal candidates hold a good bachelor’s degree, are IT savvy, have strong English skills, and are highly organized with project management abilities. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong English language proficiency is essential; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Highly numerate, analytical and meticulous with strong administration skills.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry management: screen and classify enquiries from youth channels and assist in EDM design and distribution.
• Content management for youth programmes: consolidate, update outlines and prepare information for CET submission.
• Open enrolment registration management: maintain registration lists, respond to applicant questions and report issues to IT (SORS).
• Ad hoc support for BD documents (internal LOA, OPWN, Service Agreement).
