Job description

You will guide patients through the process of ordering their medications on the HealthHub app after their clinic consultation, helping them feel more confident using technology to manage their medications.

In addition, you will introduce self-service medication pick-up lockers to our patients, showing them how to collect their medication quickly and conveniently without needing to queue or rely on staff for assistance, improving patient experience.

Job Requirements

• A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
• Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
• Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and a good team player
• Documented proof of:
• Measles (or MMR - Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and
• Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination received within the last 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
