Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Support daily warehouse operations and inventory activities
• Order and receive inventory physically
• Manage stock levels and inventory records
• Process returns from vendors and customers
• Coordinate warehouse distribution to retail outlets
• Assist with stock movement and general warehouse activities
• Online & Retail Operations: Process customer orders and refund requests
• Handle online enquiries promptly
• Process and transact online orders accurately
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Capture sales transactions through the Point-of-Sales system
• Monitor sales traffic and collate sales data
• Operations Coordination: Assist with roster management to ensure sufficient manpower for warehouse operations and sales campaigns
• Work closely with other Associates to maintain smooth daily operations
• Provide support to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
