Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is recruiting for a Bed Management Unit role in Queenstown, Singapore. The successful candidate will coordinate bed management operations to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow, including admissions, transfers, and bed allocation.

Responsibilities include managing ambulance transfers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing operational reports; training is provided with no prior experience required.

• Min A Level or Diploma in any field; training provided.

• Manage ambulance transfers, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitor utilization, and prepare operational reports.
• Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing.
• Handle administrative enquiries, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA, contribute to process improvements.

Location: Queenstown
Department: Bed Management Unit

Salary: $15/ hr

Working hours:

Monday to Fri, including Public Holidays (If needed)

a) AM Shift: 8am to 5pm (Most of the time)

b) PM Shift: 11am to 8pm (only if activated)

Usually will be on office hours shift - only when needed will be activated for 2nd shift

Job Scope:

• Coordinate bed management operations by overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and bed allocation to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow.
• Manage ambulance transfers, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitor utilisation, and prepare operational reports.
• Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing.
• Handle administrative enquiries, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA, contribute to process improvements, and support departmental projects and operational excellence.

• Min A Level / Diploma in Any Field
• No experience required as training provided
