• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and bed allocation to support smooth patient flow
• Monitor bed utilisation and hospital capacity
• Coordinate ambulance transfers and liaise with internal teams and external vendors
• Handle administrative enquiries and operational matters
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and records
• Support emergency response activities, including Code Blue coordination and testing
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with PDPA requirements
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and departmental projects

• Monday to Friday
• Public Holidays when required
• AM Shift: 8am to 5pm - usual shift
• PM Shift: 11am to 8pm - only when activated based on operational needs
• No night shifts for temp staff
