Job summary

Based in Tanjong Pagar, the 12-month assignment runs Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, with a salary up to SGD 2,800 per month. You will process medical cards, underwriting support, refunds, GST/AML matters and maintain records across systems.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and servicing of group insurance policies, including new business, renewals, member adjustments, billing and policy issuance.
• Process medical cards, underwriting support, refunds and relevant GST/AML matters.
• Maintain policy and member records across systems, portals and databases.
• Handle policy-related enquiries and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support process improvements, departmental projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
