Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a 3 months temporary HR Assistant in Singapore. A minimum Diploma is required. You will arrange interviews (physical and virtual), coordinate interview day logistics, conduct reference checks, and send rejection emails.

You will also assist with HR documentation, staff engagement events, and ad hoc HR tasks. This position offers hands-on exposure to government settings and HR operations, with duties spanning administration and recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma required (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates with relevant Diploma may apply.

Responsibilities

• Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers' availability.
• Coordinate/interview day logistics including document verification.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Send rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates.
• Assist with preparation and issuance of employment contracts and related letters.
• Support staff engagement activities and HR events.
• Perform other HR-related and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
