Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a data migration support professional for SAP S/4HANA implementation at Changi Airport. The role involves preparing, migrating, cleansing and validating data from legacy systems and mapping data to SAP structures.

You will support data load cycles, testing, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders. The role requires handling data quality checks and reporting risks, and providing project support to the SAP

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP S/4HANA implementation project by ensuring accurate, timely, and complete preparation and migration of data from legacy systems.
• Assist in end-to-end data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Prepare, cleanse, and validate data using Microsoft Excel and prescribed migration templates.
• Map data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA structures and requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to system uploads.
• Perform data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support data load cycles, including mock migrations, user testing, reconciliations, and validation activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data files, migration assumptions, changes, and process updates.
• Monitor and track data migration progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative, coordination, and project support to the SAP implementation team.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Officer.
