PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager (Network Operations) on a 6-month contract to deliver financial insights and partner with network leaders. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage Opex reporting, and assess vendor finances while driving cost-saving initiatives and AI-related financial governance within the Network business.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial advice and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial performance to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting activities.
• Evaluate business cases and investment proposals to ensure sound financial decisions.
• Identify and track cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor project spending and ensure timely capitalization of completed projects.
• Manage and oversee operating expense (Opex) reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct financial assessments of vendors and support procurement-related evaluations.
• Act as the key finance representative for AI-related initiatives within the Network business.
• Work with senior stakeholders to manage costs, improve financial performance, and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to support business growth and profitability.
• Handle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Network Operations teams by providing financial insights and guidance to help leaders make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary range : S$8,000.00 – S$8,500.00
