Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Assistant for a temporary role from November 2026 to January 2027. You will handle invoicing, supporting staff claims, and payment documentation, contributing to smooth accounts payable processes.

You will verify invoices, match against POs/DOs/GRNs, and perform ERP data entry, aiding month-end closings and GST compliance. This position involves filing and assisting with audit requests as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Min. Nitec/ Diploma in accounting/ finance or relevant field.
• Some accounts/finance internship experience is preferred.

Job Scope:

• Assist with the processing of supplier invoices, payment documents and staff claims.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and proper approval.
• Match invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and goods receipt records.
• Perform data entry and update financial transactions in the accounting or ERP system.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and other finance-related documents.
• Monitor outstanding documents and follow up with internal departments or suppliers where necessary.
• Assist with filing, scanning and maintaining proper records of invoices, receipts and payment documents.
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of schedules and reconciliation reports.
• Assist with bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliations, where required.
• Support GST documentation and other statutory or audit-related requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audit document requests.
• Perform general administrative duties for the Finance Department.
• Undertake other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
