Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant to support finance functions across financial accounting, costing and management accounting, and corporate governance matters. The role covers AR/GL activities, billing, collections, and preparing schedules, with close collaboration across departments.

This is a 6-month contract based in Bukit Merah, Mon-Fri, with salary up to SGD 3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or similar.

Responsibilities

• Handle/assist financial functions including financial, costing and management accounting duties.
• Manage accounts receivable or general ledger related tasks including billing, collections and schedules.
• Collaborate with other domains on finance-related matters.
• Prepare and report to internal and external stakeholders on assigned duties.
• Support corporate governance-related matters.
