Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring a Temp Admin - Accounts Payable to support clients with high-volume vendor invoicing.

You will receive, capture and process invoices, verify documents, match against POs, and post entries into SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

This is a 3-month contract; applicants with prior admin experience who can start ASAP and work overtime as needed are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NOA level
• Prior Admin experience
• Able to commence work ASAP
• Able to commit to the full 3-month contract period
• Able to work overtime for approximately 1-2 hours when required

Responsibilities

• Receive, capture and process high volumes of vendor invoices.
• Check invoices and supporting documents.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents to verify quantities, prices and terms.
• Post verified invoices into the financial system, such as SAP, accurately and on time.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
