Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an Accounts Payable/Administrative role deployed to Bukit Merah. This 3-month contract sits under Recruit Express headcount, with a salary of SGD 1,600–2,000 per month and standard office hours from Monday to Friday.

You will perform invoice checking, process high volumes of vendor invoices, match against POs, verify quantities and prices, and post into SAP. Prior accounts payable experience is an advantage, and GCE A-Level or Diploma holders are welcome to

Qualifications

• GCE O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, A Level or Diploma are welcome to apply.
• Relevant administrative or accounts payable experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of invoices and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice checking and administrative duties
• Receive, capture and process high volumes of vendor invoices
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents
• Verify invoice quantities, prices and terms
• Post verified invoices accurately and promptly into the financial system, such as SAP
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
