Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer account enquiries
• Check credit terms and statements of account
• Perform data entry and update records
• Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Send statements of account via email/fax
• Prepare bank transfer payments for approval and email payment slips to suppliers
• Handle filing and other ad-hoc duties
