Job summary

Beacon Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Tele-Surveyor to conduct surveys from our in-office location in Singapore. You will contact respondents, collect feedback, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor on every call.

The role runs Monday to Friday with a pay rate of SGD 12.50 per hour. Training will be provided for enthusiastic individuals, and project-based assignments may renew into further opportunities.

Hey there! Do you have a knack for talking to people and making connections? We’re on the lookout for someone who’s professional but also has a friendly, approachable vibe to join our team as a Tele-Surveyor.

Job Title: Tele-Surveyor

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Location: In Office

Remuneration: $12.50 per hour, with chances for more projects!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be calling people to conduct surveys and getting valuable feedback while keeping things upbeat and professional. We need someone who can:

• Communicate clearly and warmly, with a great, pleasant voice.


• Persuade people to participate in surveys while staying positive.


• Handle the occasional difficult respondent with grace and good humor.

• Great Communication Skills: You love talking to people and know how to make a conversation flow.


• Positive Attitude: You can handle rejection and tricky conversations without breaking a sweat.


• Experience: If you’ve done this before, awesome! But if not, no worries—we’re happy to train someone enthusiastic and ready to learn.
