Job summary

SJ Group Advisors is expanding its outbound outreach team in Singapore. We seek confident communicators to engage with prospects, present financial advisory services, and arrange appointments for our advisors. The role offers base pay with incentives, a supportive team, leads provided, and training.

Flexible, part-time and full-time options are available. You should be comfortable speaking on the phone, maintain a positive attitude, and work well within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging conversations.
• Friendly, confident and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages a bonus.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Telemarketing experience is a bonus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Call quality leads provided by the company.
• Introduce our services in a simple, friendly way.
• Schedule appointments for the advisory team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and update outcomes.
• Record call notes and update CRM accordingly.
