Job summary

Gleave Partnership seeks a Telecom Program & Project Support professional to coordinate cross-discipline reviews and deliver integrated ICT solutions across telecom, security, controls, architecture, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil domains.

The role emphasizes resolving RFIs, applying best practices for converged network allocations, and escalating blockers to ICT/Telecom leads to keep the project on schedule. Training in ACC / BIM360 or Tracker formats is available.

Qualifications

• RCDD certification or working under an RCDD-certified professional is desirable.
• Experience resolving RFIs for ICT including program level assembly designs and cross-discipline coordination.
• Participation in ICT product and program design reviews across telecom, security, controls, architecture, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil disciplines.
• Escalation of issues to ICT/Telecom leads when telecom scope blocks schedule.
• Review and implement converged network allocation best practices across products.

• Program / Product Design Review Comments: Provided as written technical evaluations and/or reports.
• ICT network integration best practices and project evaluation: Provided in ACC / BIM360, Tracker, Google Docs format.
• Specification Update: Provided through AODocs, due within 4 weeks when an issue was raised.
• Telecom quantity takeoff best practices: Provided in Revit format, as per Project Schedule.
• Issue Tracker: Provided via Internal Issue Tracking Software, due within 4 weeks when an issue was raised.

Job description

Telecom Program & Project Support, including:

• RCDD Certified or working under RCDD Certified professional desirable

• Resolving RFIs for ICT, including program level assembly designs and sub-products regarding cross discipline coordination and clash resolution.

• Participating in ICT product and program design reviews across the following disciplines:

• Telecom

• Security

• Controls

• Architecture

• Mechanical

• Electrical

• Structural

• Civil

• Escalate issues that require internal ICT/Telecom leads when decisions on telecom scope are blocking the project schedule.

• Review and implement best practices for converged network allocations across all products

Excluded:

• Cost metrics

• Updates of client owned BIM or models.

DELIVERABLES

• Program / Product Design Review Comments: Provided as written technical evaluations and/or reports of conceptual architectural and/or engineering design options, delivered in ACC / BIM360 or Tracker format (training available), as per Project Schedule.

• ICT network integration best practices and project evaluation: Provided in ACC / BIM360, Tracker, Google Docs format, as per Project Schedule.

• Specification Update: Provided through AODocs, due within 4 weeks when an issue was raised, unless the owner agrees on a later date.
