HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a warm, service-oriented Tele-Sales Consultant to engage customers in Singapore via WhatsApp, social media and calls, driving new bookings for premium beauty treatments.

You will represent the brand with a confident, empathetic voice, handle inquiries, follow up diligently, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. The role is based at Orchard HQ, requires 6 days a week with a Tuesday off, and offers an incentive-based package with

Qualifications

• Strong spoken proficiency in English.
• Pleasant, confident communication with a clear voice.
• Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience.
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and work on getting new customer bookings.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls.
• Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.
• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Tele-Sales Consultant to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore. You’ll be the voice and heart of our brand — engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Details (6 days work week)

• Attractive salary package with performance incentives (commission structure will be shared once shortlisted)
• Working Hours: 6 days work week
  Monday and Wednesday to Sunday: 10am to 8pm (Tuesdays OFF)
• Lunch break is provided
  If requested to work on public holiday, off-in-lieu will be given as compensation
• Working Location: Orchard (headquarters)

Part-Time Arrangement is available (must be able to work at least 4 days a week, 3 weekdays and 1 weekend)
