Qualifications

• No prior sales or telco experience required; training will be provided.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently.
• Friendly, proactive and confident in communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Learn about mobile plans, broadband services, devices and telco products.
• Engage potential customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable telco products and service solutions.
• Assist with lead generation, follow-ups and customer relationship management.
• Develop communication, negotiation and sales presentation skills.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets with guidance from mentors.
