Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team in researching and identifying potential leads.
• Support outbound prospecting efforts including cold outreach and follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting materials, proposals, and sales decks for client discussions.
• Attend sales meetings (virtual or physical) for learning exposure.
• Conduct basic market research on industry trends and competitors.
• Assist in updating CRM systems and maintaining sales records.
• Learn how to advise SMEs on digital marketing and web solutions.
• Assist in preparing performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong interest in B2B sales and digital marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking to people
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
