Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage service provider executives to understand priorities and transformation goals.
• Shape data and AI strategies for network ops, service assurance, automation, security.
• Design architectures spanning telemetry, observability, security, network, analytics, AI.
• Translate challenges into platform strategies, roadmaps, adoption plans.
• Demonstrate Splunk to improve visibility, reduce complexity, speed incident response.
• Collaborate with account teams, solution engineers, and product teams.
• Lead workshops and architecture sessions to enable customers.
• Identify repeatable patterns across 5G, OSS/BSS, automation, security, CX.
• Contribute to thought leadership via presentations and industry events.
• Bring market and customer insights into strategy and field enablement.
