Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in telecommunications/service provider industries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of shaping complex multi-domain solution architectures.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, telemetry, observability, analytics, AI, or security data solutions.
• Connects business outcomes to platform capabilities and architecture decisions.
• Executive presence, consulting skills, and confidence leading strategic customer conversations.
• Experience collaborating across sales, presales, product, engineering, delivery and customer success teams.
• Curious, collaborative, and commercially minded with cross-functional ability.

Responsibilities

• Engage service provider executives to understand priorities and transformation goals.
• Shape data and AI strategies for network operations, service assurance, customer experience, and automation.
• Design architectures spanning telemetry, observability, security data, network data, and analytics.
• Translate challenges into practical platform investment roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Demonstrate how Splunk can improve visibility, reduce operational complexity, and accelerate incident response.
• Collaborate with account teams, solution engineers, customer success, and partners.
• Lead workshops, architecture sessions, and executive briefings for customers.
• Identify repeatable patterns across 5G, cloud, OSS/BSS, automation, and security.
