THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Manager – Telco Account Manager.

The role focuses on building and managing relationships with Telco Business Managers, supporting sales engagements, and aligning with Telco product offerings. You will coordinate with internal teams to drive opportunities and ensure strong customer experiences. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or IT with experience in account management, sales support or business development,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or IT is required.
Experience in account management, sales support and/or business development is preferred (telecom or ICT beneficial).
Good understanding of technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).

Responsibilities

Build, manage and develop relationships with Telco Business Managers.
Be the key point of contact to support sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
Foster closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness and overall business experience with Telco Business Managers.
Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
Ensure alignment with Telco product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning activities and events.
