Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Manager – Telco Account Manager in Singapore. You will build and manage relationships with Telco Business Managers and support sales engagements, opportunities, and account development.

You will collaborate across teams to align with Telco product offerings and promotional initiatives, and participate in trainings and business planning activities. The role operates from our Tiong Bahru office with standard hours plus alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing/IT.
• Experience in account management, sales support and/or business development.
• Good understanding of technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and develop strong working relationships with the Telco Business Managers.
• Support Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
• Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning activities and events.
