Job summary

EXEO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a TechOps Engineer to oversee the Group's IT infrastructure, spanning on-premises and cloud deployments, ensuring high availability, reliability and robust security across business operations.

The role includes provisioning, maintenance, upgrades, backups, DR exercises, and network design, including VPCs and security groups, with collaboration across IT teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure across the Group.
• Provide Tier-2 technical support for system and network issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory (servers, network devices, software licenses).
• Provision, manage and maintain systems in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Conduct system upgrades, patch management and performance tuning.
