Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager in Technology Risk Management within the Risk & Quality function. You will shape how PwC identifies, assesses, and manages technology risks across the firm, driving responsible adoption of digital and AI-enabled technologies.

You will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and regional Risk & Quality functions to ensure governance, compliance, and effective risk controls while delivering practical risk guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology risk management, AI governance, IT risk, information security, or related field.
• Working knowledge of AI and modern technology; practical understanding of AI governance and risks.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and AI risk or governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory developments.
• An AI governance certification or equivalent credential is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex risk issues clearly to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Technology Risk Assessments (TRAs), including scoping, risk identification, control evaluation, documentation, and remediation recommendations.
• Support the design, implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of technology risk management processes with a focus on AI governance.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technology risk policies, standards, guidance materials, and templates.
• Assess risks associated with AI, Generative AI, ML, and other emerging technologies.
• Lead or support risk reviews of AI-enabled solutions and tools, including data handling, model limitations, and ongoing monitoring.
• Contribute to the design and operation of AI governance processes translating responsible AI principles into practical review and monitoring requirements.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and governance forums.
• Analyse risk trends and identify opportunities to improve risk management practices and efficiency.
• Assist in automating risk assessment and reporting processes; support regulatory reviews and firm-wide initiatives.
