Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Technology seeks a Technology Support III to drive regulatory readiness and operational resiliency oversight across APAC Asset and Wealth Management applications.

You will partner with application owners and global resiliency stakeholders to maintain testing evidence, documentation, control adherence, and audit readiness. The role leads resiliency testing, guides owners on controls, and produces portfolio reporting to identify gaps and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional expertise in IT services and operations.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Experience in resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, operational risk and technology controls in regulated financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing testing programs and maintaining audit-ready evidence.
• Strong stakeholder management across technology, risk and control partners.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to support clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level resiliency governance for APAC and international Asset & Wealth Management applications, including resiliency docs, testing plans and evidence management.
• Lead and coordinate resiliency testing (disaster recovery, cyber recovery, data restore, sustained operations) and ensure issues are tracked to remediation.
• Provide guidance to application owners on resiliency and cyber-resiliency planning, including minimum control expectations and documentation standards.
• Maintain alignment to firm resiliency taxonomy/standards and track control compliance across the portfolio.
• Produce portfolio reporting and data analysis to maintain audit readiness, identify gaps/trends, and head off emerging risks.
• Coordinate scheduled exercises that may occur outside standard hours (including occasional weekend testing) and ensure stakeholder preparedness.
