Job summary

PSA Corporation is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive/Assistant Manager (Technology Procurement) to lead strategic sourcing and procurement of technology and digital solutions that underpin PSA’s operations, cybersecurity posture, and innovation agenda.

You will manage end-to-end procurement for technology-related goods and services, collaborating with user departments to define requirements, prepare tender specifications, evaluate proposals, negotiate, and draft contracts to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ procurement experience.
• Strong grasp of strategic sourcing, tendering, contract drafting, and supplier governance.
• Confident negotiation and clear communication; builds cross-team/vendor relationships.
• Familiar with e-procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Zycus); CPS/CIPS viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for technology-related goods and services.
• Collaborate with user departments to define requirements and prepare tender specs.
• Evaluate proposals and lead negotiations for sound commercial and contractual terms.
• Draft and finalise contracts with clear deliverables and risk provisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors to drive procurement excellence.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
