About the Role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. We require a Technology Manager who focuses on technology operations, risk management, resilience, and regulatory readiness. The role works closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, ensuring platforms operate in line with regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assess initiatives requiring relevant IT changes.
• Identify dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring satisfactory analysis, testing, and management.
• Collaborate on larger change and transformation programmes.
• Represent the local Technology team to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as needed.
• Build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper‑growth.
• Lead and execute projects through global stakeholder management.
• Oversee frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MAS requirements for TRM).
• Ensure adherence to PDPA Act 2012 for customer data.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years experience in financial services or fintech (or supporting it from a leading technology or IT services provider).
• Expertise in project management.
• Strong risk‑awareness and understanding of risk management frameworks such as the three lines of defence in financial services.
• Good understanding of technology within financial services.
• Familiarity with applicable financial services regulations in Singapore, such as PDPA, MAS TRM, and Digital and Operational Resilience guidelines.
• Experience partnering with an executive team and working closely with global team members to deliver results.
• Experience in retail banking, and familiarity with the features offered by Revolut.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Great problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions.

Nice to Have

• Technology and change delivery experience at a leading/global consultancy firm.
• Experience building and/or scaling up the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech.
• Relevant industry‑recognised certifications or qualifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), ITIL, ITSM, or PMP.
• Proficiency in SQL.
