Description
Technology Risk & Control Management
- Support technology risk assessments and control reviews across key technology domains.
- Monitor risk indicators, identify emerging risks, and track remediation activities.
- Maintain risk registers and provide oversight of risk treatment plans.
- Contribute to technology project reviews, ensuring risk and security considerations are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- Support compliance with applicable technology, cybersecurity, and operational risk requirements.
- Coordinate activities relating to audits, regulatory reviews, and control assessments.
- Monitor and track remediation of audit and regulatory findings.
Policy, Standards & Reporting
- Assist with the development and maintenance of technology risk policies, standards, and procedures.
- Prepare risk dashboards, metrics, and management reporting.
- Support communications and awareness initiatives that strengthen control culture across the organisation.
Incident & Third-Party Risk Oversight
- Support technology incident governance and corrective action tracking.
- Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
- Assist in assessing and monitoring technology risks associated with vendors and outsourced service providers
Profile
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Information Security, IT Compliance, or related risk and control functions.
- Strong understanding of MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines.
- Knowledge of technology risk, cybersecurity controls, IT general controls, and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or ITIL.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
