Job summary

eazy, a Singapore-based insurance brokerage, seeks a Head of Technology to define and execute the enterprise technology strategy, aligning infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms and enterprise systems with business goals.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a high-performing team, manage the technology budget, drive governance and vendor relationships, and partner with applications to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology leadership
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure in cloud-first environment
• Experience managing Azure and Microsoft 365
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce)
• Experience cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity
• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams
• Experience managing external technology vendors and service providers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Serve as trusted technology advisor to CEO and senior management
• Maintain enterprise technology architecture and seamless integration across systems
• Drive technology governance and best practices
• Build and mentor infrastructure and operations teams
• Develop and manage Technology budget and measure ROI
• Manage strategic technology vendors and service providers
• Own and improve Azure cloud environment
• Oversee networking, identity management, and endpoint management
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Oversee enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP B1, Microsoft 365) and integrations
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and customer experience
