Eames Consulting seeks a Head of Infrastructure Architecture for a leading financial institution in Singapore. This role blends executive strategy with hands-on engineering to shape a multi-cloud evolution.

You will command the architecture roadmap, design autonomous IaC-driven patterns, and act as apex authority during critical incidents. You will align operations, security, and application teams under a zero-trust culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure leadership.
• Experience turning whiteboard designs into live operations.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Comfort in high-velocity escalation and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Command the Architecture: dictate the multi-year architectural roadmap and reference blueprints across on-prem estate and secure public cloud landing zones.
• Design for Autonomy: architect automated patterns for network segmentation, storage fabrics, and hyper-converged compute using IaC.
• Elite Escalation: serve as apex technical authority during critical cross-layer incidents, diagnosing BGP/OSPF issues, ARP flux, and hypervisor contention to create automated safeguards.
• Engineering Alignment: bridge between operations, security, and application teams to foster a zero-trust engineering culture.
