Assess technologies for relevance, maturity, and potential business impact.
Develop insight papers and executive briefs for decision-making.
Establish evaluation frameworks for investment timing and value creation.
Engage stakeholders to validate findings and align priorities.
Lead executive technology advisory forums and coordinate meetings.
Manage relationships with external partners and researchers.
