Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, consulting, corporate strategy, or technology research.
• Experience with AI-enabled research, analytics, or knowledge management tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends with ability to assess business impact.
• Experience conducting market, technology, or competitive intelligence research and synthesising findings into executive insights.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI tools to conduct continuous technology scanning across priority technology domains.
• Apply structured technology evaluation frameworks to prioritise technologies for monitoring, experimentation, partnership, investment, or adoption.
• Prepare regular technology briefs, landscape assessments, and insight papers to support decision-making by Singtel senior management and the TAC.
• Monitor technology, competitor, startup, and ecosystem developments, highlighting key opportunities and risks.
• Support the preparation of TAC meetings with research, presentation materials, and tracking of recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external research providers, technology partners, and innovation ecosystems.
• Continuously improve technology sensing processes, AI-enabled workflows, and knowledge repositories.
