Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Senior Manager for the Technology Intelligence Unit to lead emerging technology scanning and strategic insights for senior management. You will coordinate with TAC, oversee AI-enabled research, and help shape Singtel's enterprise tech sensing capabilities.

This role focuses on evaluating technologies, preparing briefs and landscape assessments, and managing external partners to strengthen Singtel's position as a trusted tech innovator in a global, AI-first telco

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, consulting, corporate strategy, or technology research.
Experience using AI-enabled research, analytics, or knowledge management tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends and their business implications.
Experience conducting market, technology, or competitive intelligence research.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI tools to conduct continuous technology scanning across priority technology domains
Apply structured technology evaluation frameworks to prioritise technologies for monitoring, experimentation, partnership, investment, or adoption
Prepare regular technology briefs, landscape assessments, and insight papers to support decision-making by Singtel senior management and the TAC
Monitor technology, competitor, startup, and ecosystem developments, highlighting key opportunities and risks
Support the preparation of TAC meetings, including research, presentation materials, follow-up actions, and tracking of recommendations
Manage relationships with external research providers, technology partners, and innovation ecosystems to augment technology intelligence capabilities
Continuously improve technology sensing processes, AI-enabled workflows, and knowledge repositories
