UOB’s Group Technology & Operations (GTO) Technology Development Programme is designed to groom a future generation of technology specialists and enhance technology-related careers across the GTO division. The programme is meant for fresh graduates without prior technology experience to start a career in the banking industry.

Build your foundation and deepen your specialisation through a 12-month on-the-job and structured training programme, with opportunities to gain valuable real-life working experience with participation in exciting projects undertaken by the Bank.

This programme includes:

• Structured training for in-demand technology skills such as Platform Engineering and Intelligent Automation; depending on your preferred tracks
• On-the-job training by working on real-projects with experienced mentors
• In-depth industry exposure

Application Process

• Mid Aug – End Sep: Submit your application.
• Mid Aug – Early Oct: Online Assessment (conducted on a rolling basis)
• 22 Oct: Invitation to Career Forum and indicate your track selection
• 24 & 31 Oct: Business Interview Day
• In Nov: HR Interview
• By early Dec: Receive UOB Offer Letter
