• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems maintenance, or healthcare IT.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with SQL Reporting/SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with .NET or Java and web services.
• Experience in project, user and vendor management preferred.
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting patient administration or healthcare operational systems is a plus.
