• Appraise, troubleshoot, repair mechanical products.
• End-to-end servicing from installation, commissioning to after-sales services.
• Perform installation and commissioning activities.
• Provide front line support for field service activities in line with customer requirements, including fault finding, rectification and planned maintenance.
• Provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions on course of action to resolve product issues.
