Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Night Shift Production Lead to supervise a 15-member team on a permanent 8-hour night shift (8:30PM–5:30AM). You will oversee daily production targets, train new teammates, and collaborate with engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role offers a night shift allowance and a monthly salary up to S$3,300, with AWS included. Prior manufacturing or machine assembly experience and 2+ years in people management are

• Prior experience in manufacturing / machine assembly or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of team leading/people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach 15 production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Train new team members and support their development.
• Monitor product quality, productivity and on-time delivery.
• Perform assemble machines using electronic and mechanical components.
• Carry out machine testing and basic troubleshooting to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts and follow safety procedures.
• Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot technical and production issues.
• Suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
