Job summary

RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking an assembly technician to interpret electrical schematics and manufacturing manuals, assemble machines with precision, and follow safety protocols in a clean, on-site facility at Woodlands.

You will work 8am–8:15pm or 8pm–8:15am with quarterly rotation (4/3/3/4), earn 2,000–3,500 SGD monthly plus 4 bonuses, allowances and overtime, and participate in cross-training across product families.

Qualifications

• Some electrical or mechanical studies / work experience is enough!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing manuals to assemble machines accurately.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls using tools such as multimeters and amp meters.
• Plan and execute assembly procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Assemble complex mechanical units requiring precision alignment, calibration, and skilled workmanship.
• Inspect parts and sub-assemblies for dimensional accuracy and proper finish.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Participate in cross-training and skill development across product families.
• Complete required certifications within specified timelines to support operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Salary: $2000-$3500 + 4 Bonuses + Allowance + OT

Working Hours: 8am-8:15pm (Day Shift) / 8pm-8:15am (Night Shift), will rotate every quarter

Shift rotation: 4/3/3/4
