Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a supervisor to lead Production Operators and Technicians. You will oversee daily production, manage manpower, attendance, overtime and shifts, while coaching staff to improve skills and performance.

Ideal candidates have experience supervising manufacturing teams, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. AWS and a variable bonus are offered along with a fixed 12-hour shift structure.

• Prior experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience managing a sizeable team of Operators and Technicians is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Identify production issues and work with relevant departments to improve processes and efficiency.

Job Highlights

• Fixed 12 Hours Shift (4334): You may choose your preferred shift!

• Day shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm ($12/shift)

• Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am ($24/shift)

• Up to $6,000/month + AWS + Variable Bonus
