Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate equipment and meet production targets.

You will perform troubleshooting to keep operations smooth and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability. The role supports technical improvements and quality initiatives within a high-tech manufacturing facility. We welcome entry-level candidates with an NITEC in Engineering who can read electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Reading electrical diagrams

• Experience with preventive maintenance would be a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets and output goals

• Perform equipment troubleshooting to support smooth production operations

• Participate actively in workplacesafety and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• MinimumNITEC in Engineering

• Able to read and interpretelectrical and mechanical diagrams

• Comfortable working in a controlled production environment

• Willing to perform12-hour shift work (4-3-3-4 work pattern, 8pm to 8am)

• Open to entry level (without experience) keen to build technical competencies
