Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Singapore seeks a production/engineering professional with 2–3 years of experience. You will support production lines, troubleshoot quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.

The role offers night allowances, living allowances, and attendance incentives, with a salary up to 3,200 SGD monthly. Training and support will be provided as part of our commitment to quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in production and engineering.
• Experience in SMT or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Strong trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute production buyoff procedures and provide shop floor line support.
• Troubleshoot and analyze internal/external product quality issues with engineers on corrective actions.
• Provide daily task reports.
• Support projects (SMART LEAN / CIP) and cost-saving evaluations.
• Identify and monitor production process/machine parameters.
• Maintain process checklists and logbooks.
• Support new process setup (NPI).
• Assist process documentation and training for manufacturing personnel.
• Measure for second source component trials.

What you will do

• Execute production buyoff procedure and shop floor line support.
• Perform trouble shooting and analysis on internal / External product quality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide daily task report.
• Support projects (SMART LEAN / CIP continuous improvement projects), trial run and cost saving evaluation.
• Identify and monitor production process / machine parameters.
• Ensuring process checklist / logbooks are maintained.
• Support new process set up ( NPI ).
• Assist process documentation / Work Instruction and provide training to manufacturing personnel
• Able to do measurement for the 2nd source component trial run

What you bring

Experience

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in production & engineering field
• Experienced in SMT/ Semi-Conductor industry or other related manufacturing industry
• Personal competencies
• Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram
• Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills
