WS Audiology is seeking a production & engineering professional to support SMT/semi-conductor manufacturing. You will execute production buyoff procedures, provide line support, and monitor process parameters on the shop floor.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting production quality issues with engineers on corrective actions, reporting daily tasks, supporting SMART LEAN/NPI projects, and training staff in process documentation.
Night Allowance: $20 per day
Living Allowance: $350 per month
Full attendance: $65 per month
Salary: Up to $3200 (depending on experience)
*Training and support will be provided.
Execute production buyoff procedure and shop floor line support.
Perform trouble shooting and analysis on internal / External product quality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions.
Provide daily task report.
Support projects (SMART LEAN / CIP continuous improvement projects), trial run and cost saving evaluation.
Identify and monitor production process / machine parameters.
Ensuring process checklist / logbooks are maintained.
Support new process set up ( NPI ).
Assist process documentation / Work Instruction and provide training to manufacturing personnel
Able to do measurement for the 2nd source component trial run
Experience
2 - 3 years’ experience in production & engineering field
Experienced in SMT/ Semi-Conductor industry or other related manufacturing industry
Personal competencies
Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram
Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills
