Job summary

Como Metropolitan Singapore, located on Bideford Road, seeks an Facilities Technician to maintain public areas and support hotel operations. You will attend to guest feedback, inspect MEP plant rooms, record utility consumption, and respond to breakdowns and emergencies to ensure seamless service for guests.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher NITEC/NITEC in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years in hotels or commercial buildings; weekend/shifts and public holiday work

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings.
• Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays.
• Trained in First Aid, Respond to Fire in the Workplace, Respond to Fire Emergencies in Building.
