Job summary

SANWA-INTEC (ASIA) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Support Technician to assist in molding operations and maintain equipment safety.

You will set up molds, adjust machine parameters, and complete start-up procedures, ensuring product quality and process conformance. Responsibilities include coordinating daily production activities, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting new projects to improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisors in coordinating daily production activities to meet output targets
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters within master tolerances to ensure product print quality
• Set up molds, perform start-up procedures, complete checklists, and submit samples for approval
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including wiring and hose arrangement after mold setup or removal
• Perform daily mold cleaning and maintain overall machine cleanliness to ensure optimal operation
• Check molding parameters and mold/melt temperatures daily according to the Process Parameter Check sheet
• Troubleshoot production parts based on In-process Inspection non-conformance findings to minimize defects
• Record and manage machine spare parts with proper identification and inventory control
• Set mold clamping and vision camera settings to protect molds during operation
• Complete daily preventive maintenance check sheets to support machine reliability
• Support Maintenance Section in executing machine preventive maintenance programs and repair tasks
• Assist with new project testing as required to support production improvements
• Ensure all machine safety devices (covers, curtain sensors, etc.) are functional to maintain workplace safety
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures and actively participate in workplace health and safety initiatives
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support production and operational goals

• Working Hours: 6 days work week; 7 am to 3 pm SGT
• Work Location: 28 Woodlands Loop, Singapore 738308 (Company Bus pick-up/Drop off at Admiralty MRT)
