Job summary

JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent production operator to support daily manufacturing activities at Tuas South.

You will help meet output targets while upholding quality and safety standards. Key tasks include identifying machine faults, keeping work areas clean, monitoring quality, lifting 15–22 kg as needed, and collaborating with the team. The role requires PSLE/ITE or equivalent with basic technical qualifications and a healthy, active work ethic.

Qualifications

• Completion of primary or secondary education (PSLE, lower secondary, N Level, or ITE).
• Technical qualifications related to manufacturing or production processes.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, drive, and commitment as a team player.
• Physical fitness and good health to meet job demands.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to achieve target output and maintain product quality standards.
• Identify and report machine breakdowns or faults promptly to the Production Supervisor for corrective action.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of machines and surrounding work areas to ensure operational safety.
• Monitor product quality during production and notify the Production Supervisor immediately of any defects.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to sustain a safe and organized production environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing 15kg to 22kg on an ad hoc basis to support production needs.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Work overtime as required to meet production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
